Shapes for Kids Delivery Policy

Delivery Information:

  • Shapes for Kids offers free standard shipping for orders over $99 within Australia.
  • For orders over $150, free Express Post shipping is available within metro areas of VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, and WA (excluding bulky items and orders with discounts of 15% or more).
  • Shipping fees for standard orders within metro areas are $9.95, excluding bulky or oversized items.
  • Regional and outer suburbs may incur higher shipping rates, starting at $18.95, depending on your postcode. However, we cover a portion of this cost for orders over $99 or $150. Please check the shipping rate at checkout by entering your suburb and postcode.

Express Delivery:

  • We offer Express Post for faster delivery in metro areas at an additional charge, where available. Estimated delivery timeframes for Express Post vary by location.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Metro Areas: 2 - 6 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5 - 7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7 - 15 business days
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times from the day your order is dispatched. Delays may occur during peak periods or public holidays, and we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.

Bulky or Oversized Items:

  • Items such as large furniture or bulky toys may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you if extra costs are involved.
  • Heavy or bulky items (over 5kg) may require special delivery arrangements and incur additional shipping fees. We will confirm the cost with you before dispatching these items.

Pre-Orders:

  • If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order items are in stock.
  • Pre-order arrival dates are estimates and subject to delays due to supplier, shipping, or customs issues. You will be notified if there are significant delays (more than 7 business days).

General Notes:

  • All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • We currently offer limited click-and-collect option only. 
  • Please contact us directly for click-and-collect option.
